Benefits of Mocha Coffee

 Benefits of Mocha coffee

It is the drink par excellence for those who are lovers of coffee and chocolate at the same time.

Many times it tends to be confused with the cappuccino because of its sparkling appearance, and although mocha or mochachino is usually always based on cappuccino or coffee with milk, it differs mainly because of its characteristic ingredient: syrup, syrup or chocolate powder.

In some coffee shops it is customary to replace milk with milk cream, giving it a texture and a much creamier flavor.

You can also have grated chocolate, cinnamon or cocoa powder, whipped cream and, of course, sugar to taste.

To prepare it, you should only mix the freshly brewed espresso with half a cup of milk (preferably evaporated) and at least two tablespoons of cocoa or chocolate powder, then take another little fire until it is creamy and ready.

Benefits of Mocha
Mocha coffee (pronounced "mocha") is a variation of coffee-based drink, inspired by the Bicerin Turin coffee drink. It is made up of a third of espresso coffee, a third of steamed milk and a third of chocolate powder or syrup, both the bitter chocolate and the milk version. It can also be called by the "full name" mochaccino. Unlike cappuccino, it does not usually contain milk froth, but it is possible to find it with whipped cream or marshmallow, powdered with chocolate or cinnamon powder. Another variation can also be made with white chocolate. When using dark and white chocolate syrup, it is called mocha marmore, mocha tuxedo and zebra! The name is a tribute to the coastal town of the Red Sea, Mocha, in Yemen, which until the fifteenth century was the main coffee exporting city of the Arabian Peninsula.
